This Privacy Policy describes Peel Away, an offline puzzle game operated by PROMOHANDS. It applies to the current Android version, which does not include advertising, in-app purchases, analytics, attribution, or tracking SDKs.
Game progress and device data
The game has no user accounts. Progress, unfinished puzzles, settings, streak records, and earned trophies are stored locally. We do not operate cloud saves or receive game progress, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, location, usage analytics, or crash reports from the game. Android may back up or transfer app data under your device and account settings; those platform services are controlled by Android and your device provider.
Local reminders
Optional reminders are scheduled on your device. On Android versions that require notification permission, you can allow or deny it. You can turn reminders off in the game and disable notification permission in Android settings. We do not use a push messaging server.
Saving and sharing trophy cards
When you choose to save a trophy card, the game creates an image and saves it to your device. On Android 9 and earlier, this action requires storage permission. The game does not read your existing photos. When you choose to share a card, Android sends the generated image and share text to the app you select. The selected app may process that information under its own privacy policy. You can cancel before sending.
Permissions
Peel Away does not request access to your precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone. The game uses notification permission for optional local reminders, storage permission on older Android versions for saving generated cards, and vibration for optional feedback. Denying an optional permission does not prevent basic puzzle play.
External websites and support
The game can present this policy as text within Settings → Legal & Info. This policy website is hosted through Sites on Cloudflare. The hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and request information, and security cookies to deliver the page and prevent abuse. We do not add advertising or analytics to this website, and the offline game does not send progress to it. If you contact support, you choose what to include in your message. We use information you send to respond to your request and address support issues. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other information that is unnecessary for support.
Retention and deletion
Local progress and settings remain until removed through Android app settings or by uninstalling the game. Generated images you save to the gallery may remain after uninstalling; you can delete them using your gallery or file manager. Device backups are managed through your platform settings. Support messages are kept only as needed to handle the request and applicable legal obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of support information you provided.
Children and age information
The game does not ask for or verify your age, and does not intentionally collect personal information from children through gameplay. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so that we can address it.
Changes and contact
